CANCELLATION POLICY
If the cancellation of participation is notified by March 28, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded.
For accommodation fees, refunds will only be made for cancellations made before March 28, 2025, at a rate of 50%. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.
