I am pleased to invite you to the 5th International Full Face Congress 2026, which will take place in Istanbul from May 1–3, 2026.

This year, we will continue our special education format where live model treatments and cadaver dissections are performed at the same time on the same stage. This full-day session allows participants to see both theory and clinical practice together in a clear and practical way.

Our congress will host well-known international speakers and will provide strong scientific content, academic depth, and a multidisciplinary approach in the field of facial aesthetics. The International Full Face Congress continues to grow each year and has become an important international meeting point in this field.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Requests must be submitted in writing to DMR Tourism.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations made on or after January 25, 2026 (only name changes accepted).

  • A 10% VAT and a 2% accommodation tax will be added to the accommodation fees, which include one night’s stay in bed & breakfast concept.
  • If the government increases VAT rates, this increase will be reflected in the accommodatio fees.
  • The airport transfer fee is 150 Euro + VAT; this fee covers round-trip transfer service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservation cancellations must be notified in writing to the organization secretariat.

  • If notified by January 25, 2026, the full accommodation fee will be refunded after the congress.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations made after January 26, 2026.

Abstract Submission

Dear Colleagues,

In an era where scientific production and the sharing of clinical experiences are gaining paramount importance in the fields of medical aesthetics and regenerative applications, the 5th International Fullface Congress cordially invites you to share your knowledge and expertise.

Scheduled to take place from May 1–3, 2026, our congress aims to cover a comprehensive scientific spectrum, ranging from medical aesthetics and mesotherapy to hair treatments, stem cell and exosome applications, device technologies, and surgical approaches.

In this context, we invite you to submit your original research, innovative practices, and noteworthy clinical experiences as abstracts to be featured in our scientific program.

Accepted submissions will be presented as oral presentations or e-posters, contributing to a robust environment of scientific discussion. This interdisciplinary platform provides a unique opportunity for evaluation and exchange among both national and international participants.

The deadline for abstract submission is April 1, 2026.

Submission Guidelines

  • Online Submission: All abstracts must be submitted electronically via the official congress portal at https://www.fullfacecongress.org/#bildiri. This is the only valid method for submission.
  • Categories: Abstracts may be submitted under the categories of a) Oral Presentation or b) E-poster Presentation.
  • Authority of the Scientific Committee: The Scientific Committee reserves the right to change the presentation format (oral, poster, or case report) based on the evaluation.

Abstract Specifications

  1. Oral Presentations
    • Only original research will be accepted.
    • Abstracts must follow the structure: Objective, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
    • Case reports will not be accepted for the oral presentation category.
  2. E-Poster Presentations
    • Submissions are accepted in both Research and Case Report categories.
    • Posters must be prepared using PowerPoint.
    • Author titles and institutional affiliations must be clearly stated.
  3. Poster Structure
    • Research Posters: Objective – Materials and Methods – Results – Discussion – Conclusion.
    • Case Report Posters: Introduction – Case Presentation – Discussion – Conclusion

General Information

Congress Dates

5th IIFFC International FullFace Congress will be held between April 30 and May 3, 2026; a hair transplant course will be held on April 30, 2026, and scientific sessions wil be held netween May 1-3 2026.

Congress Language

The official languages of the conference are English and Turkish. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in Turkish, English, Russian, Arabic, and Persian during the sessions. .

Certificate of Attendance

A participation certificate will be issued to conference participants.

Name Badge

All participants and accompanying persons are required to wear a badge during the congress to gain access to the congress center, scientific meetings, and social events. In case of loss of the badge, it is essential to contact the congress registration desk.

Exhibition Area

    An exhibition with broad industry participation will be held at the conference center. Coffee breaks during the conference will take place in the exhibition area.

Invitation Letter / Authorization Letter

Invitation letters to be requested for institutions to participate in the congress will be sent to interested participants through the congress secretariat. Such invitation letters can only be used for permission purposes. Registration and accommodation fees for guests holding invitation letters are their own responsibility.
